CounselGrid distinguishes static/code-path verification from runtime browser/API testing, security testing, AI/RAG evaluation and external penetration testing. A PASS applies only to the stated control, version, environment and test scope.
Quarterly reports should preserve evidence, dates, release identifiers and remediation/retest history.
