RevenueForce™ Terms of Service

Effective: August 31, 2026

RevenueForce™ is an Agentic AI sales-support and sales-operations service provided by ARC2 Technologies LLC. Services may include prospect research, campaign planning, sales content, workflow automation, sales assistance, reporting, and related configured activities.

No guarantee of sales results

ARC2 Technologies LLC and RevenueForce do not guarantee leads, meetings, sales, revenue, conversion rates, market acceptance, or any particular commercial result. Outcomes depend on factors outside RevenueForce's control, including market demand, competition, offer quality, price, timing, client responsiveness, platform policies, prospect decisions, and execution conditions.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, lawful instructions, approved claims, appropriate permissions, and timely approvals. Clients are responsible for their products, services, legal obligations, and final commercial commitments.

Human approval and autonomous operation

RevenueForce may continue pre-authorized routine workflows when the human operator is unavailable. Configured exceptions—including unusual discounts, nonstandard contractual terms, unsupported claims, suspicious payment events, material refunds, or other high-impact actions—may require human review. A browser return is never treated as proof that a payment settled.

Acceptable use

RevenueForce may not be used for unlawful solicitation, deception, impersonation, harassment, bypassing platform restrictions, unauthorized account access, or unsupported commercial claims.

Payments

Fees, payment methods, refund terms, project scope, and recurring charges are governed by the applicable order, service plan, invoice, or written agreement. A browser redirect or unverified transaction notice is not proof that payment has settled.
